The Nutritional Properties of Consorcio Serrano Ham
The Consorcio-endorsed Serrano Ham is an extremely healthy food, with the following nutritional properties per 100 g of product:
- 30-35 grams of protein, which provides essential ‘building blocks’ for the body
- 8-14 grams of fat, which the body needs for its reserves and as a precursor of other vital processes
- 4-6 grams of common salt
- Fortified with B-group vitamins and minerals such as iron, phosphorous, zinc and calcium
Both its protein and fat content make Consorcio Serrano ham a highly digestible product.
