About Spain Gourmetour
Spain Gourmetour is a magazine published by the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX) of the State Secretary for Tourism and Commerce since 1985. The aim of the publication is to promote Spanish foods and wines and enhance awareness of Spain’s gastronomy and culture.
Spain Gourmetour is published every four months in four different languages: English, French, German and Spanish; and is distributed by means of free subscription to professionals.
The digital version is fully updated every four months to coincide with the publication of the printed edition. However, there is also a news section that is updated on a fortnightly basis.
The opinions expressed by the authors of the articles are not necessarily shared by the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX), which will not be held liable for any errors or omissions the texts may contain.
